Life can be overwhelming and we sure are living in some crazy times! You probably are feeling like most parents and believe you and your child could benefit from some support to move through life’s various challenges! Jen is here to offer you and your child support and guidance. She firmly believes that all children and families have the capacity for growth and healing. Using the therapeutic power of play and a strength-based approach, Jen will create a safe and supportive space for your child to become aware of their emotions, be themselves and continue to grow and connect in healthy ways. Jen will work to help your child to develop skills to calm themselves, manage stress, fears and anxiety and learn new ways to navigate their world. Jen believes children will naturally flourish when given an opportunity to explore their emotional experience in a safe, empowering and therapeutic environment. Jen is committed to supporting your entire family so that goals are reached not only in the playroom, but in your daily lives too.
Jen earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 1996.
