Are you looking for a therapist who can help your child learn to manage their emotions instead of engaging in all-out temper tantrums? As a caregiver, are you wondering what the best approach is to manage these difficult moments and to deepen your relationship with your child at the same time? In a therapy session with Alexandra, your child will learn techniques to encourage self-awareness in order to prevent acting-out behavior and you will learn strategies to support your child on this journey. A typical therapy session may include play therapy, yoga poses, breathwork, and creative arts.
